CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please reach out to us directly via DM or email with your order details.

Once 2 hours have passed or the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

As many of our sarees are crafted to order, cancellations on custom pieces will not be accepted once production has begun. We recommend confirming all details carefully before placing a custom order.

Refunds on Cancellations

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do offer 7 exchanges at this time. Please refer to our return policy for further assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will resolve it promptly.
