At Ruhvaan, we take great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your purchase.

2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
• Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Within India
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or semi-urban pin codes may take additional time. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above a specified order value, which will be communicated on our website and updated from time to time. Orders below the threshold may attract a flat shipping fee, visible at checkout.

5. International Shipping
At this time, Ruhvaan ships primarily within India. For international shipping enquiries, please write to us at hello@ruhvaan.com and we will do our best to assist you. International orders, where fulfilled, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Ruhvaan is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website. If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at hello@ruhvaan.com and we will be happy to assist.

7. Packaging
All Ruhvaan orders are carefully packed to preserve the quality and delicacy of your garments during transit. We use packaging that is designed to protect handcrafted and embellished pieces from damage.

8. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times if no one is available to receive the package. After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. Ruhvaan is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please write to us at hello@ruhvaan.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. Please include your order number and photographs where applicable. We will coordinate with our courier partner and work towards a resolution as swiftly as possible.

10. Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Ruhvaan is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, festivals, or any other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons, sale periods, or festive periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
