1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window cannot be considered. The return window begins from the date your order is marked as delivered.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Items that have been altered, dry cleaned, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance.
• Custom-stitched or personalised garments.
• Blouse pieces that have been stitched.
• Items returned without prior approval from our team.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email us at hello@ruhvaan.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item. Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with further instructions. Do not ship any item back without receiving confirmation from us.
5. Refunds and Exchange
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or an exchange. Refunds to the original payment method may be offered at our discretion and will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please write to us at hello@ruhvaan.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly.
